Pastors Doyle and Lisa Brummett have served as Assemblies of God missionaries since 1994. Their ministry has been to the expatriate and immigrant populations of European capitals in both Eastern and Western Europe as well as teaching in Bible college. Their heartbeat is to minister to people living in a land that is not their own. Prior to missions appointment Doyle and Lisa served as youth pastors, associate pastors and college dorm pastors.

Pastors Jan and MariaJose came to IC Madrid as co-pastors of the Spanish language congregation of IC Madrid. They are a true representation of what Madrid International Church is all about. He is of Norwegian – Jamaican descent while She  Spanish  from the south of Andalucia. They have been pastoring for the past 11 years and have recently joined the staff here at ICmadrid to fill the growing need to minister unto the spanish speaking amongst our congregation. Pastor Jan is a graduate of  the former Nordic Bible Institute in Säffle, Sweden. He is also a trained computer technician and former businessman, but now ministers fulltime together with his wife. His wife Maria has a Degree in Clinical and child psychology fom the Universidad Complutense of Madrid. Both Jan and Maria speak Spanish, English and Norwegian. They have 4 children who of which the two oldest also participate together with their dad in the worship team.
